Package Shipping

Once your packages are inspected and listed in your Warehouse, you can request international shipping whenever it suits you.

How it works

Start a shipping request

Go to the Warehouse tab to see packages that finished inspection. Tap Shipping Request and pick one package — or several to consolidate into one shipment.

Add your shipping details

You’ll be guided to enter your international shipping information. Tap Find Address to search for your destination.

Confirm your address

Review and adjust the details — apartment number, zip code, contact — so delivery is accurate.

Address not in the results? Select a matching postal code first, then adjust the rest manually.

Select items & options

Choose the inspected items ready for shipment, then set your options:

  • Packaging requests (add bubble wrap, remove outer box…)
  • Delivery notes for the carrier (optional)
  • Preferred carrier & service level (standard or express)

Choose carrier & request invoice

Pick the carrier and service level that fits you best.

Confirm & pay

Our team prepares a shipping quotation based on your items, destination, and method. You’ll get a notification when it’s ready — review it, then pay from your dashboard.

Dispatch & tracking

After payment is confirmed, we prepare your package for international shipping. You’ll receive a tracking number as soon as it’s dispatched.
